Stowel Lake Farm is a family-owned organic farm retreat centre on Salt Spring Island, B.C. The farm is located on over a hundred acres of mixed forests, fields, and rolling hills. The organic farm grows produce that supplies the retreat kitchen with farmers often harvesting produce minutes before preparation. The farm is ideal for a grounding, tranquil and replenishing escape from your everyday routine. The farm takes pride in connection to the earth on the farm.
There is a magical energy at the farm and we are looking forward to sharing that with you.

Take time away for yourself and connect with a like-minded community on peaceful Salt Spring Island. Katherine and Erin are excited to create a unique long weekend experience for you including Yoga, Meditation, Running/Hiking, Lake Swimming, Workshop/Bootcamp Classes, Self-Reflection, Ceremony, Bioluminescence and Delicious Nourishing Farm-to-Table Meals.

Yoga classes will be Invigorating vinyasa, relaxing deep stretch, Yin, and Hatha with Hands on Assists. Fitness Classes are a Variety of HIIT Pilates, Bootcamp and Energetic strength.
We will begin every day with silence into a Guided meditation and Breath Work. At the end of the day we will set intentions and close with a fire ceremony.
INcludes All farm to table meals, morning meditation,  2 daily yoga or fitness classes,Lake/Ocean Swimming, a bon fire (of course s'mores), tour of the farm, special ceremony, ferry pick up/ drop off from Fulford Harbour

A $500 non refundable nontransferable deposit is required to save your space.

The final payment can be paid anytime, however is due on JULY 15, 2023. E-mail transfer can be made to elmyoga@live.com You can also pay with PayPal or credit card a 5% fee will be added for interest charges. For any cancellations before JULY 15, 2023 you will be refunded minus $500 non refundable deposit. For any cancellations after JULY 15, 2023 you will NOT receive a refund.

GETTING TO STOWEL LAKE FARMS

By Ferry

Visit BC-Ferries for schedules and reservations to Salt Spring Island. If you are travelling without a car, take the thru-fare trip from Tsawwassen - Swartz Bay-Fulford Harbour.  We will also create a WhatsApp group for car-pooling options.

By Air

Take a float plane from the Vancouver Airport or downtown to Ganges Harbour on SaltSpring Island. Your options are Harbour Air Seaplanes, or Seaair Seaplanes.

This will be a magical, memorable long weekend!  We are looking forward to spending time together and making friendships and memories to last a lifetime.
